"When all of our phones (on an older lucent system) went out at church, I went into panic mode. Calls and emails went out to as many potential repair companies as I could find. Arnie was the first to reply, made an appointment for the next day, immediately diagnosed the problem, and told me what we needed for repairs. That was before anyone else even called back. He came out on a Saturday morning and stayed until everything was working perfectly again.
