Arnie K. Hallai Sr. is the President of North Shore Communications. He started his career in Telecommunications on February 1st 1987 while assigned to active duty in the United States Navy. On July 1st 2006 he retired from the United States Navy with 21 Years of Faithful & Honorable Service to his Country.

In July 1985 after completing recruit training in San Diego CA his first assignment was aboard the USS Worden CG-18 located in Pearl Harbor HI. While assigned to the Worden he started out as a deck seaman then qualified to be a Radioman.

Once a Radioman he performed basic communications related activities and progressed through the ranks to become a Communications Watch Officer(CWO).

While assigned as the CWO he was responsible for the daily operations of the Communications Center while on his watch. This included the set up and testing of all necessary communications circuits prior to any and all deployments. Plus daily maintenance and quality control of these circuits both underway and in port.
